Testing and Certification

AECO Systems is one of the few low voltage union companies in the bay area that is authorized by UL to officially certify new and existing fire alarm and life safety systems. Certified fire alarm and life safety systems may also provide a savings on fire insurance.

Codes require that fire alarm and life safety systems be tested quarterly. In addition, some cities, such as San Francisco, San Rafael, Fremont and Livermore require that systems be certified through Underwriters Laboratories.

Data Communications

AECO Systems is experienced and equipped to handle the most demanding voice and data installations. From simple telephone cabling in multi-residential buildings to commercial fiber optic networks, AECO Systems has the solution.

Video Surveillance

When it comes to closed circuit television, the possibilities and combinations are endless. Our designers will meet with you, review the site, and present options. Since we are not affiliated with any one manufacturer you can be assured that our only goal is to meet your needs, not sell something that we happened to carry.

Background music, building paging, public address, auditorium sound systems; AECO System's designers will work with you to tailor a system to your specific needs.

Emergency Call Systems

Elder care is a growing industry and AECO Systems is ready to support the unique systems in these facilities. Emergency call, medical call pendants and departure alert systems are standard in many independent living facilities. Through the years the technical staff at AECO Systems has designed, installed and serviced emergency call systems from the most basic pull-cord to the latest wireless micro processor based systems.
